Due to circumstances often beyond our control, the law of averages strongly suggests that there are plenty of motorcycle riders who will require an ambulance at some stage.

Location, description and details of event.
This event will start from both the Lake Whadie Cafe in Bairnsdale (google map) & the Metung Hotel in the village of Metung. (google map.) It shall conclude in Metung.
Other towns to be utilized include Dargo, Lindenow, Clifton Creek, Mount Taylor, Nicholson, Swan Reach, Bruthen, Lakes Entrance, Swifts Creek, Buchan, Tambo Upper, Nyerimilang, Lake Tyers Beach, Nowa-Nowa and Paynesville.
Upon receiving your entry donation (see below for details) you will be given a form which shall display a map of the area on one side, highlighting all the towns that hold the answers to the questions you must complete to be eligible for any prize draws.
On the reverse side of this form will be space for your personal details (name: address: contact #) along with a list of questions and the corresponding towns that hold the answers. Example Q1 "How many sets of traffic lights in the main street of Bairnsdale?" Easy enough!, you would simply ride to the town of Bairnsdale, count them; write your answer in the space provided and your done! move on to the next question.
If the next question looks to hard or you simply do not wish to visit its host answer town, then skip it and pick another. You will however be required to answer 8 correct questions out of a possible 17. Some towns will have a bonus value equal to having provided 5 correct answers, so at a minimum you will need to visit 4 participating towns / localities or a maximum of 8. How you go about choosing which direction or destination you need to travel in or visit to obtain your answers is totally left up to you. The possiblities are many.

Entry
Entry to this event will be held in the lakeside lawn area of the Metung Hotel, located within the Village of Metung, and also at the Lake Whadie Cafe Bairnsdale (next to Howitt Park) commencing from 8am at both location's on the day of the event.
A minimum donation of $10 will be required by each rider (larger donations will be greatly appreciated). Pillion riders that wish to be included in any prize draws shall also be required to make an equal donation. The same conditions will apply to anyone else who wishes to participate regardless of the types of transport used.
*Please note NO Credit Card facilities or EFTPOS will be available at point of entry!

Conclusion of the days activity will be held back at the Metung Hotel. Completed forms will need to be returned and placed in the container provided by 4 pm on the Saturday. Draw will commence at 5pm. The first correct entry drawn shall win the Major Prize. Minor prize(s) draw(s) to follow. Winners shall be notified by mail if not in attendance. Results shall be published on this site, and within the Bairnsdale Advertiser.
After the draw people shall be encouraged to stay on to socialise, dine and be entertained, at the Metung Hotel.
